I have the same problem. Own Acrobat Pro DC (I think also called 2015) Shows on my account page with the serial number. I am trying to download it to a new computer. The available donwloads on the page referenced above are the subscription (do NOT want) and Acrobat 2017 and Acrobat 2020. My license key does not work with any of them.
